Corrugator: l Fingerless suction leading feeding system l Upper corrugated roll and pressure roller are controlled pneumatically. l The corrugated roll is made of the alloy steel material of 48 CrMo with whole gears quenching. l Bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rolls and pressure roll adopt special high temperature lubricating oil or diluted oil compulsive lubrication. l Surface of glue roll is embossed with netting design and plated with chrome treatment. l Backspace and reposition of the gluing structure is pneumatically controlled. It is equipped with auto-circulating glue feeding system. Glue slot can be lifted pneumatically. Gluing width is electrically adjusted. Gluing thickness is adjusted automatically or electrically and is digital displayed. l It is equipped with closed decelerating box, gimbal transmission and frequency speed adjusting. l The upper and lower corrugated roll can be removed as a whole part, which can save time taken to change rolls.
